Gloria Cardenas has many years of experience in immigration yes, but she can only help if your case has no issues in other words you are better off doing it yourself! I went to her for help with Citizenship and showed her the court papers from a charge I was concerned about she promised up and down it would not be a problem. Then months and months with failed returned calls or emails (Other than requesting payment) the reason they gave was always the phones were broken. REALLY??!?!?For 3 months? I get a call from her saying just kidding I cannot help you with your charge but I am going to charge you for my mistake NO! She tried to keep most of my money for filling out the application I didnt ask for, and at this point dont even need! that is simple stuff I can do on my own. Finally after multiple threats I had to go into her office and she had alot of clients there at the time, so I had to yell at her in front of her clients explaining so they could see the potential outcome of their case. Finally, she realized she was wrong and gave my money back!! NO! Do not use Gloria Cardinas! Stay away from familia america, they lie, dont return calls, hang up on you, very unprofessional and seariously lack immigration knowledge!
