Completely unprofessional from the incorrect way the sales person recorded my account information, to the inept customer service handling at the call center, to the ineffective lawn treatments, and the scare tactic up-sell pitches the entire experience was miserable...
The point of the service is to keep me from worrying about my lawn.. I have had nothing but hassle, and misinformation and confusion since the salesman left my home, without having any real impact on my yard...
I Canceled my service. It is interesting... We were warned not to use the service. I should have listened.
