Your cpy. came out twice within a week and both Vladim and Oscar were a "10". Wonderful rep.s of your cpy.
I do think there is a disconnect between mgt. and your initial call center. It took me "five calls" to get a definition of available discounts, ultimately speaking to Mark in Concord, very professional. Why in the world don't your call ctr.s or dispatch know the current policy? You are also more expensive than other plumbers.
