Review content:
I am filing this complaint/review in hopes to assist others in searching for reputable website developers and SEO services.
Cybertegic Inc. of Orange County, CA. located at 17800 Castleton St., Suite 638, City Of Industry, CA 91748
Entered a contract with me on April 31, 2014
The contract clearly stated that the work to be done for the development of the site would be between 8 and 12 weeks. And the social media services were to begin thereafter.
After giving them multiple extensions they have failed to produce the website according to the contract. Two months passed the final deadline I decided to pull the contract and requested a refund.
(That the CEO-James Hsieh, issued me in writing in September. Agreeing to refund the remaining balance of funds paid for the website, my deposit paid for the SEO and for my out of pocket expense for the hosting service along with the rights to the website logo.)
At the time of my requests James threaten to sue me for the SEO contract and for work he claims he has completed outside of the contract.
Please be advice that they do not perform the work in-house it is sub too companies aboard. In several emails from the CEO, he reference the team they hired in India to be idiots and that they aren't capable of performing the work and that they did not want them to touch the code again because every time they touched the code to fix one thing they would screw up other items.
I would advise anyone seeking a reputable web developer or an SEO Company to continue to seek elsewhere. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches.
