The animals die after you bring them home and the management is not concerned at all. \r
They do not give you a care sheet when you buy a pet. \r
They also don't mention that if your pet takes ill within 15 days you can take it to your vet and they will pay the bill. (unfortunately I found out too late for my little hamster) \r
There are common illnesses that many of the small pets get when coming home from a pet store that they are well aware of but do not bother to tell the customers. \r
The manager acts annoyed if you try to go to him with a concern, or bring your dying pet in 7 days after you bought it as his employee told you on the phone to do, as they would care for it.\r
You definitely don't get the feeling "animals come first" in this store. Customers aren't too important either. \r
Please don't buy live pets from petstores, especially this one. If you'd like to know where they actually come from see this link. \r
