I'd been having some squeaky noise since my brake job and the fellows at Gordie's took it for a drive, did some re-working of the pads and it seems much better! But I only drove my car 10 miles home and now I'm on vacation for a week, so the true test will be upon my return--and the best part was: no charge even though I expected to pay for their time!
