Robert P. and Jacob of Blue Dot Services installed the DAIKIN Air Conditioner and Heating system this Friday October 24, 2014, and these guys are exceptional craftsmen. The installation is exquisite, a work of art. These guys are well mannered, they explained the critical components of the system and how those parts and device function, they explained how to take care, maintain and service the system. They are customer focused, respectful, as well as courteous. The installation was completed over a 12 hour period. They arrived on time, keep the work area clean, and removed the complete old AC/Heating system. Robert and Jacob are extraordinary people, exceptional Installers and Service Technicians. 5 stars are not enough for these guys. The Blue Dot Service Team is outstanding is the best. Gladly recommended Blue Team to neighbors and friends.
