I really regret using the Diplomat for my wedding reception. There were so many things that went wrong on the day of the wedding. First, my husband was told that if he arrived at 8am to set up the room, everything would be ready for him. The woman who was supposed to be there at 7am did not show up until 8:20am. When my husband got into the building, our room was completely dirty. There was garbage everywhere and the room was not ready to be set up. My husband did not leave until 9:45 and he was late to our own wedding.\r
When we arrived to the reception after the ceremony, we found that our cake toppers were not on top of the cake. The Diplomat lost our cake toppers and could not find them. Our officiant had to leave the reception to purchase additional cake toppers. \r
The waiters and waitresses were extremely nice but the management was extremely rude about the situation. \r
After we cut the cake, they served the top portion of our cake to our guests when it was supposed to be used for
