Review content:
Called the office and felt like they wanted to help as much as they could. Scheduled a service call for my A.C. They came out and gave me options of either fixing my 30 year old unit or replacing with a more efficient model. I chose to replace for a very reasonable price and even got a 10 year warranty. From sales to service to the lady that answers the phones, all a very pleasant experience. Will continue to deal with Fancher's.
