I found myself on the receiving end of a very flat tire. I sighed relief as I saw the Firestone sign. That relief was soon gone as I was told I needed 4 new tires. I watched as they pointed out what was uneven wear, saying it could be dangerous if a belt shifted. I knew my tires were fairly new, and had no where near the miles they were rated at. I left after requesting my tire just be repaired. My local mechanic examined my tires and said they were fine. I am glad I didn't just listen and have tires I didn't need put on.
PROS: walk in service
CONS: high pressure to sell sets of tires, rudeness if you don't buy
