Review content:
Called them for an emergency service for my heating/cooling system (I wish I did not). Technician's technical and troubleshooting skills need development. The wiring diagram was provided to the technician the moment he walked in, but he ignored it and struggled with wiring until I suggested he used the diagram and actually showed him how the connections should be made. He was not familiar with "X R B/C G W" configuration, although, I am pretty sure, it is a very common connection scheme. The technician has suggested to do absolutely unnecessary rewiring of the system (obviously to charge me more), which I refused to do. \r

The problem was the 24V transformer. After transformer was replaced, the wireless thermostat couldn't reconnect back to the receiver. Although it was working fine before the repair, Auchinachie wouldn't take any responsibility.\r
