I purchased my house in October 2007 from the home owner directly. We went through the appropriate steps to conduct an assessment of the house and have the proper inspections conducted. The house passed with flying colors, including the basement. In late winter/early spring 2008, my basement would flood whenever the snow melted, up to 1-2”. It was disaster and didn’t just start in 2008. I reached out to local companies that specialize in basement waterproofing and foundation repair. I received three estimates for the work and felt the most confident in EverDry. Their analysis was thorough and professional with the assurance that they would stand behind their work. I was very pleased with the finished product and education on what to expect and yearly maintenance on the system. My basement has been bone dry for years with no problems! I appreciate the notices EverDry sends out to keep their customers informed and updates to maintenance needs. EverDry is number one in my book!
