David Z has been my Tech for the last few years and have been pleased every time he has inspected my AC and heating units. He will always explain without acting like you are bothering him when you have a question about something he is doing.It is always a Plus not to have to remind them what not to forget to do, also the office staff is spot on too. I have never had a problem with them. So far Climatech Air has tried to please the customer. Never have they been rude, Quality service in my home and on the phone.
