I had my first appointment with Aspen Dental on 3-22-14. Dr. Ross and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They aren’t there just to earn a paycheck. You can tell that they care about the people who walk through their doors. I had my pre-k age son and husband with me and the sweet lady, “D”, at the front desk had a box of crayons for my son to play with and even went through the trouble of going online and printing out some coloring pages for him. It was completely unexpected but completely appreciated. Each person that speaks to you from the moment you walk into the door until you leave goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. It’s one place you can go and don’t have to worry about being ashamed of the condition of your teeth. \r

I am currently 34yrs old and on 4-2-14 I had 29 teeth extracted. It was rough afterwards but it’s been so worth it. Today, only 10 days later, my new teeth fit beautifully and look even better. Everyone says they look so natural and they do. I have more confidence in my smile now than I have in years. Dr. Ross knows his stuff. He’s a sweet man but he does not hesitate to answer your questions truthfully. If something’s going to hurt and you ask him about it, he won’t lie. He will tell you it’s going to hurt. He’s funny. He’s knowledgeable. And most of all Dr. Ross is amazing at his job. Dr. Ross at Aspen Dental in Jackson, Tn, changed my life. You never truly appreciate your smile until it’s gone. I know I didn’t. I took it for granted and it showed. But now, thanks to Dr. Ross and Aspen Dental, I have my smile back and I’m showing it off to everyone. \r
