Purchased a 2013 Scion RS8 a week ago. I never hold a sales person accountable for things that are out of their control i.e., finance, banks that just being realistic. Where I do hold them is to their word about what you are buying and what condition there in. The car was in great condition but I had two important issues reference tires and brakes. Being a previous Scion owner, I knew how expensive this could be. I am not made of money and its hard to come by and work for. I had the car tires checked by a third party. They recommended two of them had to be changed. The sales person agreed to disagreed but did finally agree to change them for brand new tires and even rotated them to the front. The second issue was the brakes. Again, these are very costly. The auto sales mechanic returned with a 60% life left on all brakes. I thanked them and signed. One week later the brakes began to grind. I knew I signed the contract "As Is or no work to be done". I was mad I had a large expense one week from driving off the lot. I called back and was ready for a fight because I felt I was lied to. To my total amazement, they immediately agreed to replace them at no cost. For this reason I recommend Unique Auto Sales. Thank you Joe. Just a little tip/thing: It was a late night purchase but it would have been a greater feeling driving a (dusted off inside) detailed car off the lot. Enjoying "Absolute Red Scion RS8!!!!!!!
