It is ironic that this is called Straight to your Door delivery. When I did not immediately answer the phone but was waiting at the door, I called the delivery driver back. He told me he had moved on to a different delivery because I didn't answer the phone. He did not come to the door or even get out of the car. He stated that he did not think he could get into the building without an MSU ID which is not true. Most delivery drivers know that they could get into the front of the building atleast. He came back and delivered my food. However, overall this was unprofessional and lazy acts by your delivery service. Thank you.
