Worst experience ever!!! I went in there Friday March 14th 2014 and the hair stylist over processed my hair. She applied bleach to my hair twice. When I first noticed what had happened she just said it is normal, that that is what happens when you use bleach to lighten your hair. I have had my hair lightened before and that has never happened ever! My hair is ruined! She then said I needed a trim and had to cut off the fried ends.... Which I am trying to grow my hair out and now that's not gonna happen. She still charged me for the full price and made me pay for the hair cut to fix her screw up!! My hair is a mess and I have never had a experience this horrible! If I were you I would think twice about going to this place! There isn't even a manger in store for me to talk to either so this is my way of getting the word out! I am going to try and talked to the manager as soon as possible to get this resolved! I was cheated out of my money and given horrible service!
