Review content:
This shop does quality work. They take time to review with you what needs to be done and if you're like we were - they help prioritize based on safety and budget when to fix the needed repairs. The only reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is the wait time. They call and say your vehicle's ready and then you have to wait 20 or 30 minutes or more for them to clean it or wait for them to test drive it or wait for some other reason. Waiting is my least favorite thing and while they have a decent waiting area, it would be nicer to not need to use it at all. "Your vehicle is ready" should only be said, if your vehicle is in fact - ready.
