This place is dirty. The office staff are polite as long as you don't have any questions that conflict with information they have given you. I had several pretty bad experiences here. I wrote a professional letter to the vet letting him know how I had experienced the staff and never got a response back from them. Then when I went in and picked up my dogs records they had printed that I was a high maintenance person on the first page of the records. I found it very unprofessional to not communicate with me not even one time to resolve a couple of complaints but then to leave a note in the paperwork that is given to the next office suggesting that there was something wrong with me. I own my own business, for 11 years now and this is not a respectful way to interact with people that are paying you for your services. I am now at a fantastic office whose Vet told me she was quit surprised they didn't respond to my letter, she saw it and felt it was great feedback for any office. Its the difference between caring professionals and people who are just in the business for the money.
