My wife is very upset with me because she never received the flowers. I went to Juanita's Flowers in McAllen TX and they said that FTD was notified that there would be no orders taken after Wednesday that week. I received a confirmation from FTD that indicated that everything was fine. I see that my credit card was not charged, (at least that is not the issue). It in unbelievable to me that there was no notification from FTD or Juanita's about this problem.\r
My wife is very upset. Everyone in her office was receiving flowers and gifts except her. It was embarrassing and humiliating and totally unacceptable.\r
The manager at Juanita's flowers showed no remorse at all, in fact, she indicated that if I had just walked into the store instead of ordering on line that this would not have happened. \r
I agree with her and encourage FTD to look into this mess and drop them as an FTD affilliate.\r
Supposedly FTD was notified that orders would not be accepted starting Wednesday 2/12 and I placed my order on 2/13. I was never notified by anyone that there was a problem.\r
This situation is completely unnacceptable.
