As someone who has eaten sushi all over the United States, I feel like a relatively qualified sushi reviewer. Sushi Ko isn't half bad. This is my first time living an area that is populated enough to offer delivery sushi, and I was a little nervous about what to expect, considering that raw fish can be very, very bad if prepared wrong.
I was pleasantly surprised! We ordered the california rolls with real crab, spider roll, shrimp tempura roll, sweet potato tempura roll, and salmon nigiri. All of the tempura was still warm and crunchy, and the real crab was delicious. I thought that the ratio of filling to rice was just right . The raw salmon wasn't the best quality salmon I've ever had, but it still more than satisfied my cravings.
The rolls are cheap, fresh, and delicious. Probably wouldn't get the nigiri again, only because I can get a better quality roll for the same price. For delivery? Right on!
