Hello, My family and I lived at Sugarberry park (Tomball, Texas) from late 2005 till November 2013 and found the park to be a great place for families. Do not believe any of the negative comments you read here. The park is a family friendly place kept clean and very safe. We made plenty of decent friends who we are still in touch with and we have some great memories. We did go to the church with many folks from Sugareberry and to this date we all miss it.
