My husband developed an acute bout of the flu, and was getting worse by the minute. We made a sudden decision to visit this ER, which neither of us knew anything about.\r

I was beyond pleasantly surprised. Our total wait time before being called back was 10 minutes. Once we were back, we were greeted with a friendly, professional, knowledgeable staff. They were very thorough with triaging, yet not excessive.\r

The rooms were immaculate and accommodating. My husband left a different person than when he came in and I owe it all to them.\r

Words cannot express how happy we are with this entire experience. We especially would like to give an extra ""Thank You"" to Patricia, our nurse. Her warm, caring disposition went a long way in our moment of need.\r
