Review content:
I have a beautiful Havanese about a year old. I called Tails A-Waggin to find out if they were familiar with the Havanese breed. I was told YES. Made an appointment. Upon arrival, I told the person who opened the store NOT to clip her ears( they cut them straight across)or tail (trimmed) or eyebrows (looks like painted on). My instructions were totally ignored. When I pointed it out the groomer said,"Sorry."Guess that's all she could have said the damage was done. But no one offered me a refund.
