Able Heating & Cooling LLC always look out for us. We purchased our furnace through them, and they give us friendly reminder calls when it is time to get it cleaned, so that we don't end up with any problems when there is bad weather out. They're very polite about it. You can tell there is a personal touch to their service.
James is the guy who calls to set up everything, and he is very patient. Armando was the one who did the servicing. I had a lot of questions to make sure the furnace was going to be worth it. He explained everything that he was going to do. He was very experienced, knowledgeable, and expedient. He was also friendly. When he came back for a cleaning, he even remembered our home from his first visit. He remembered we had a dog and everything, too.
We had a very pleasant experience with them. We just get the sense that they are taking care of us.
