When my bathroom sink began leaking so bad we had to shut off the water, 2 other plumbers were unable to help me. One didn't have an appointment for 2 weeks and the other demanded I pay upfront as in 10 minutes it would be overtime for their union plumbers. I called Roto-Rooter who sent a plumber out (Don) within about 12 hours. He was polite, helpful, fixed the problem within 20 minutes, and even explain why it happened so we could keep an eye on it in the future. The phone staff was very courteous and kept me informed of when someone would be coming even after the initial call. The prices were fair and the staff was great. Highly recommended.
