Review content:
We bought an ""Extreme Green"" home by Nation Wide from Homes By Vanderbuillt in December of 2011. Our home is a single story of 2500 sq. ft. plus a two car garage and a screened porch. It came from the factory in three sections. We moved in on the first of July 2012.\r
\r
Unfortunately the plastic covering the sections got torn in transit and all three sections got some water damage. A lot of the drywall had to be removed and replaced during the finishing stage of the set up. As would be expected this extra work delayed the move in date by several weeks.\r
\r
Vanderbuilt wend beyond the call of duty in seeing that every thing that had the slightest bit of damage was replaced. Not one time did I have to prod them to do more. They even hired an environmental restoration company to inspect the home to be sure that there was no mold or mill due left behind.\r
\r
The finishing crew were just first class in finishing the house, building the garage and prorch. Vanderbuilt's crews were on the job every day from the delivery of the home to its completion.\r
\r
I am very glad that we used Vanderbuilt because they are a company large enough and with enough financial clout to take care of any short comings the home manufacturer may have. Vanderbuilt is also dedicated to us being completely satisfied with our new home. \r
