I have bought 2 homes at Homes by Vanderbuilt, and I could not be more pleased! The first was a small, starter home and I have the fondest memories in that home where my first 2 children were born. The second was a two-story modular in an upper-scale neighborhood. The quality of my home rivaled any other stick-built home in the neighborhood, and was definitely the prettiest. Both times, I experienced attentive customer service that you just don t find anymore. They were affordable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They definitely exceeded my expectations from step one, throughout the building process and even after I had moved in. When buying the second home, I was a single mother and needed a lot of experienced help in the process, which I definitely received. The process was smooth sailing all the way, thanks to the staff at Homes by Vanderbuilt. I cannot say enough about my positive experience, and really cannot think of a single negative. If you are in the market for a new home, I would not go anywhere else. Homes by Vanderbuilt is the only choice for me! And to top it off, when I sold the second home, the value had gone way up, and I was able to make a sizable profit on the sale! That speaks of the quality of work that you will find at Homes by Vanderbuilt.
