I'm a patient of Dr. Hartig's and I love her. Quick in and out of the office. I've been using her for 3 years. However, today I called for my husband. He just switched his insurance over to her in October considering the rave reviews I give her. Today he is sick and missing work. We called to get him in. They had a 9AM appointment until they found out he was a new patient. Then they told me he could not get in until Friday because of new patient. People please....not everyone can sit around and wait for three days to get an appt for a simple see me and give me antibiotics appt that you need immediately. It's ashame because I'm sure he'll never try to use them again. They just lost him and his daughter as patients before even getting started all because they don't have office staff that can think outside the box. I basically begged for an appt stating that I myself was a patient and I convinced him to change over to them. Then we he actually needs a doctor they want to blow him off for three days. My husband will be back to work tomorrow suffering through the sickness but he will be doing it with medicine prescribed by another office. I'm assuming they don't want any new patients here. It's ashame when the little office gets so big they just don't care. I'm considering changing doctors myself now.\r
