This is my first semester living off campus and I am happy to say that living in Hayes has been fantastic. The apartments are well furnished, clean, and just the right size for any student living in a single or a double. The best thing about living in Hayes is its close proximity to campus. Even on those cold winter days, I am able to walk to campus in under ten minutes. If I am not up for walking one morning I can always take the bus.\r
The new manager in the office is caring, sensitive, and most importantly approachable. This month she held a breakfast in the office for all Hayes residents! It was so nice to come in and have a bite to eat. Hayes is the ideal living experience for any student seeking off campus housing.
