Review content:
After 3 semesters living in Hayes, I can truly say that I will miss living here upon graduating this semester. Gail and all of the staff members are great - friendly people to talk to and quickly help with any issues in the apartments. The best thing about living in Hayes, besides the quick walk to Binghamton University, is the community that comes with living here. Hayes is a great apartment community for any student in the area.
