I would like to drop a line and tell you about our experience with Roto-Rooter.\r
Sunday, December 1, 2013, we decided to call Roto-Rooter after HOURS of struggling with a backed up toilet.\r
That SAME evening a technician by the name of Jeff arrived. In a matter of MINUTES the toilet was in perfect working order! He triple checked that the toilet was working properly and made sure that the toilet itself was still functioning properly. \r
This was our first experience in calling any kind of ‘plumbing service’ and after working with Jeff; we will only rely on Roto-Rooter in the future and HOPEFULLY see Jeff again. \r
Jeff was courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and personable!\r
We are very impressed with Jeff and Roto-Rooter and will never hesitate to call them again for any of our plumbing needs!\r
