Review content:
When you first arrive at this place you are greeted by a very friendly and beautiful staff. They also have a great selection of Yoga and casual clothes that spell comfort all over. The facility is very clean and tastefully decorated--the Yoga theme is well carried throughout the facility and is key in creating an atmosphere where you feel very relaxed. The teachers are extremely fit and truly dispel the stereotype of Yoga as a weak form of exercise. All teachers have very rich personalities and are very accommodating of their students' abilities. As a beginner, I felt very comfortable and encouraged. But this is not all: the best quality of Yoga Sausalito is its students--I have met many wonderful people there who lead wholesome lives and who are very much interested in not only living in a better world but also in playing an active role in it.
