Review content:
I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated by this company. I was called a cab by the front desk at my work site and told them I would be using a credit card. When the cab arrived I was given attitude about using my card, but then told to get in. I was scared for my life during the drive for the 15 miles, but the real issue was trying to pay. In 2013, the company uses a carbon copy device to get your number and gave me an attitude about me not having the ""right kind of card"". THEN, he insisted that I needed to write my license number on the paper. I respectfully told him that I did not feel comfortable writing that information down (that I barely felt comfortable with them keeping my credit card number, exp date, security code and zip code) and was told to call the company. While still in the cab, I called the company head quarters and spoke to a man named Joe. I was immediately told I was a rude person and that I was going to have the cops called on me for refusing to pay my fare. I tried to explain that I had no problem paying my fare, but I did not feel comfortable with that much of my information given to a man who I did not know or a company I did not trust. He would not let me explain myself and told me that ""he didn't want customer's like me anyways"" when I said I would never use this company again. His reasoning for needing my license number was that ""they check your license in stores and it is the same thing"" to which I said that I would gladly show my license, but I didn't want to write the number down. I am completely appalled with this ""service"" and will be telling the company I was working at and the hotel I'm staying at to never use this unprofessional and abusive taxi service again.\r
