Review content:
I've tried many different forms of exercise. Jazzercise, walking, yoga, weight lifting, bicycling. Then 10 months ago I decided to give kickboxing a try. I've never been one to be fighter or watch boxing/fighting. I was nervous of course to try it. So I brought a friend. Something clicked in me. The first class I fell in love with it. The instructors helped me feel comfortable. Asked me what my goals were. Showed me how to do it, step by step. They are phenomenal and know just how to motivate you. After a month I started noticing changes in me. I certainly had more stamina. I could do more physically than I'd ever thought possible. After 2 months close friends and family started to see a difference in me. After 3 months everyone else saw a difference. They asked what have you been doing? I changed nothing else but kickboxing 3-4 times a week. The scale moved only 5 pounds but my body had transformed. They asked me if I'd lost 20 pounds. I could see my muscles when I blew dry my hair! My clothes fit better. Now I feel like when I step into class I'm with family. The people I've met have become friends. I don't ever see myself stopping.\r
