I can'y say enough for Traver's. My wife and I bought a new home and shortly after we woke up to 5 inches of water in our basement due to our water heater failing. \r

Needless to say, we were at a loss on who to call. We had heard good things about Traver's from other people who had used them and to we gave them a call. I was first impressed by how friendly and happy the person (I believe it was Emily) who answered the phone. I immediately felt like I was valued. I was surprised to find out that it wasn't going to take even 24 hours for someone to come out and fix it. Someone would be able to come out that day!\r

They had everything they needed on hand. They came out within a few hours (and we live in Providence, mind you.) The technician got right to work and within a short time (I was amazed how short) we had our water heater replaced. No delays, no excuses, just good hard work t a great value. You don't get that very often anymore.\r

No only was the work great and fast but the price was surprisingly reasonable. I don't know about you, but when I get someone to come out on such short notice I expect to be taken to the cleaners. Not with Traver's! \r

Their professionalism and service has made me a customer for LIFE. If you have anything at all you need in the way of plumbing and heating CALL TRAVER'S!
