I work there and have been there 4 years and bought tires there and we try to get tires on and customers out as fast as possible but we have some customer complain that they do not get the mileage out of there tires well their reason for that if you do not rotate your tires every 5,000 miles and check your air pressure your tires are not going to last and also its free their for rotate and balance tires when you buy your tires their and the manager will do what ever he can to help u but us as customers has to stay on top of the service of our tires if you want them to last. But they have great service and great people their.
