Awful customer service! There was a night of heavy rain, our roof started to leak during this storm. The next day (a Thurs.), I called around 1pm to see if someone could come take a look at my roof. The receptionist told me that there would be someone in the office a little later in the afternoon and that they would call when they got in and before coming out to look at roof. I called again about 3 hours later because I hadn't heard from them. I was told that there was still no one in the office, but they would call when they got in. It is now Fri. and I still have not rec'd a call. I can understand that the company is busy, but they can't pick up the phone to call back a potential new customer!!
