Review content:
I took my boat for service and the shop lost a seat cushion. The manager held me partly responsible for the loss, saying there were too many ""variables."" They would only pay part of the replacement cost. So much for building customer satisfaction. That's what they preach on the website, but not true. How can I be responsible for missing boat parts when it's in their shop. I've been their customer for 16 years and bought 2 boats from them. Don't go to this store. I voluntarily told the manager that I would take care of the total cost myself, ~ $550, because I was going to publish a complaint, and I couldn't accept his less than satisfactory customer service and complain at the same time, in good conscience. Cheapsters!
