I have to say that I disagree with the fact that the owner is abrupt--sometimes they are crazily busy, so perhaps they are short on time to socialize, but I have used Sun Hill for about 15 years, and they are great. I have a very shy, ""damaged"" dog that fears all men (including my husband), and the male owner can pick my dog without him cowering. We once had to leave our dogs for 3 weeks, and they cut us a bit of a break on the bill. They are good people who genuinely care about our dogs and us. I recommend them highly.
