0 stars. Called today at 10:00 to see if we could bring in our cat; hadn't been to this vet before. Hours were until 3:00 -- and closed the following day (Sunday). Woman on the phone said they're all booked and we could not bring in the cat. Didn't ask what the problem was, whether it was life threatening, whether it was an emergency. Just a simple ""no"" basically. We have 7 animals -- 3 dogs and 4 cats -- and were looking for a new vet in this area. ROAH flunked the tryout. Caring and compassion? Apparently not.
