BAD EXPERIENCE! Incompetence and indifference abounds at Superior Electronics.\r We paid service fee to evaluate a washer/dryer combo. There was no heat in the dryer. Repairman claimed he checked all items related to the heat. Said only the timer was defective. It needed a new part and he ordered it. Installed it about 10 days later, but washer/dryer still had no heat. Took the whole machine apart again, testing everything again. Still no heat. Then he said that after a couple more tries heat would eventually come on. He left. The total cost including the up front fee came to $242.68.\r Attempts to use the washer/dryer were unsuccessful because there is still no heat in the dryer. Problem was not fixed. Superior Electronics refused to make correction without an additional service fee despite the fact that the repairman had twice analyzed the machine, but still got it wrong. We asked for some sort of adjustment on the cost, the dispatcher said the owner would call us to work out an agreement. Owner never called.\r Incidentally, on the initial call, the dispatcher sent the repairman to the wrong address. \r
