My husband and I were needing a tux for our wedding. We were recommended to this place for good rentals. It was short notice and a small wedding. We went in to have him fitted for the tux and we noticed that the pants he had put on were dirty. We advised the sales lady that the pants were dirty and she assured us the clothes were going to be cleaned prior to us picking them up. We picked everything else out. She advised us it would be ready the day before the wedding, perfect. When he was getting dressed the same stains were on the pants. We had no choice but to make do with the dirty clothes. Upon return of tux I advised the same sales lady that the pants were still dirty and if we could get a credit for maybe another rental at a later time. She was not helpful and gave attitude like I was trying to not pay for the tux. Everything was already paid for, she stated that since he wore the pants she would not give me any compensation. I was very disappointed in the service my husband and I received from this business and will not be returning for future rentals for our reception or future formal events
