Made it clear when I purchased the phone system that I wanted incoming calls to be able to transfer to cell phones. From day one, and still today, some people receiving forwarded calls can't hear the caller. Now, I have problem with two lines being stuck once the call has ended. I've been trying to get help from Verizon and Datel for almost a month. Today, 9/5/13, had Verizon and Datel techs out again and all agreed that it's a Datel issue. Called and spoke to Howard Davis to just come take the system and give me my money back and was told that's not how they do it. They'd reimburse me some money, after they figure out what a LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD system is AND charge me for the labor for installation. OH MY GOD! SERIOUSLY???When I told them I'll call my attorney, he said, ""then we'll just wait for your attorney""\r Also, when I bought the phones, I was told by the salesman that they program the phones (and make any changes) at the Avon facility. I've now been told, after I've had to make some changes, that I can make the changes myself. No paperwork or booklet on how to use these phones either. A quick tutorial and off they go!\r WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!!!!!!\r
