Review content:
I signed my child up for the summer camp program at the club considering their prices are reasonable. the camp itself is GREAT!!! The counselors are great with the kids. Rain or shine they always keep them busy. Very friendly as well. My child loves it there. However, the office end is terrible. they are the most unorganized people. Loss of paperwork, accusing of a non payment when but all means, i paid ahead of time. The people working the desk have no idea what their doing. they need to retrain them. Also the head camp Manager is very rude. They are just money hungry!! The couple times they messed up on THEIR end i got no apoligie from her. i will not be sending my child there next year!! The office really need to be more foucused and organized.
