I really appreciated the thoroughness of my exam and the effort of Dr. Sheldon to hear what was bothering me about my current prescription and work to apply my new scrip to a different type of lenses. Holly was friendly and informative. I appreciated how she explained what she was doing and her willingness to look up info from my past visit. Scott was very helpful and understanding, especially when I called and asked about the products he was helping with in comparison to what Costco offers. I appreciated that he understood how my choice was affected by cost.
