Awful service! I ordered flowers for my mother to be delivered the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend. I didnt feel good about ordering because the lady on the phone was very unfriendly and just seemed uncaring but I went thru with the order. Sunday I realized they had not been delivered on Saturday. I called and told them she had not received them and was told someone would call me back, two and a half hours later I had to call them back, they said they are out with the driver, I asked how long and was told soon. When I spoke to my mother who lives three hours away she commented on the potted plant she received. I didnt order a plant, I ordered $40 worth of fresh flowers plus a delivery fee. Come to find out this looked like a potted plant you pick up at Home Depot for $10. I called again, was told they could deliver tomorrow, I said that won't work, my mother works out of town all week and is only home on the weekends and I suggested they refund my money. They said they would refund my money but I needed to call my mother and have her leave the only thing she received from me on Mother's Day on her front door step since she wouldn't be home for them to pick it up. My sister lives in the area and refered me to this florist so she went to the Florist Shop. The owner made comments like ""why are you so upset its just another day"" and ""I bet your home enjoying this day with your family while we are working"" and ""we are humans we make mistakes and I will not eat the cost of anything on this and we will get paid either way for this"". Then the owner walked away and slammed the door in my sisters face. I did receive apologies from the last lady I spoke with but they were completely unwilling to fix this. They not only missed the delivery date but delivered a product worth well under the price I paid. Unbelievable!! I can't believe a business owner would be so rude after making so many mistakes during this transaction. Show less \r
