I agree with Denverchief. Tricom Card Technologies is ran by 2 thieves, Mark and his wife Corine. After spending over $2,000 on their fake software and readers that only work in 3 states, I contacted Mark and offered him to buy back his scanner. He told me to send it to him and he will send me $400. When I did, he said that all he received from me was a piece of plastic and not a scanner. Buyers beware!
