Review content:
First of all I want to express my distaste of the managers attitude and their organizational skills. You will find out in the back of complex there is a flood zone, and your child will have to be moved in the middle of their lease, because of flooding of apartments. \r
Lease: You will find out that you will be responsible for overages and fees that they make up in the end of or your lease. They predatory towards the youth. This place also have HUD assistance for single mothers. I'm not knocking the single mothers but there is an atmosphere that is created when dealing the housing Authority. \r
You will also find out that if you do not read your lease in it's entirety that you will sink into their loop hole of paying for the rest of your life. You better have a lawyer handy, because you are going to be screwed in the end.\r

Location: The location is down the street from the hood, which is high in crime and drug deals. Majority of your break ins are from the guest or residents down the street. \r
Entrance: There is only one way in this place and one way out, so I hope you don't have to get somewhere in a hurry, because there is always traffic in front of the complex. \r
Rooms: Rooms are spacious, but look out for roaches and spiders, because you will live right next to the woods that hoodlums run in and out. This complex is not safe by no means. The police is constantly performing drug raids. \r
I wish you good luck in living here, but don't say that you have not been warned.
