OUTRAGED at poor service!!\r
Arrived at 10am for a 10:15 appt made through website for pre-employment drug screen. There was never more than 3 people in waiting room at a time yet it took until 10:35 for Ana (phlebotomist/tech) to greet me. She disclosed to everyone in waiting room that I was there for a ""drug test"" violating HIPPA laws for one. Secondly she told me that I can not be here for this test with my child unless there is someone else to watch him. So I had my husband leave work to come watch my son. At 11:15 I go back in when there is NO ONE else waiting and because my husband expressed his frustration (not aggressively) she said ""I can't handle this"" and went in the back and slammed the door. Uhmmm really?!?! She then comes out 10 min later and takes a man that had just walked in over me!!! Keep in mind I have been holding my urine for nearly 2 hours at this point and they close at noon. I called manager for location, Kristin Snyder, who assured me she would call Ana, remedy the situation, and I would be seen. NEITHER of which happened. I heard Ana on phone with this manager saying BOLD FACE LIES that the waiting room was full and that I refused (?!?!) I am still perplexed and beside myself at this whole event. What's even more perplexing is how someone like Ana here managed to achieve such a position requiring at least some level of customer service skills (which she clearly has none of). I guess it doesn't speak very highly of Quest's employee standards. Oh and did I mention Ana called the police who arrived and saw that I had been there since 10am with no one in waiting room and did not understand what the problem was either. End result, no report written and the officer literally laughed at now nonsensical this whole situation was. Ultimately I had to get in my car and drive 30 minutes to Newburgh location and I God I wish I just went there to begin with. It was very professional and even with a busy waiting room they got people in and out quickly.
